What is Gold Microneedling?
Gold Microneedling (also known as Insulated Microneedle RF) is an aesthetic technology that combines mechanical microneedle penetration with radiofrequency (RF) energy. The microneedles are coated with gold for excellent biocompatibility and conductivity. When the needles penetrate the epidermis and reach the target dermal layer, RF energy is released from the needle tips, creating thermal coagulation zones that stimulate collagen and elastin regeneration, while the insulated needle design protects the epidermis.
